About Ellie...

I crave connection. Life is fast and ever changing. As a photographer, I aim to slow things down and capture small moments of time that have meaning to my clients.

I love the quieter, intimate touches between a couple on their wedding day or the laugher shared in a family session after hearing an inside joke. Photos are the framed memories of who we were, frozen in time. Our lives become art and it is my absolute joy to be present with my clients as they treasure their moments.

I have a background in film and a Master’s in Mass Communication from the University of Florida. My camera has rarely left my shoulder since the age of fifteen and my drive to create has only grown over the past ten years.

I married my high school sweetheart (Kyle) and we are just had our first baby in February! 2020 was the most uncertain year of our lives but it has completely solidified my belief in the power of connection.

01. Connection

Our lives are built out of the lasting connections we make with one another. Photography is an opportunity to capture that connection and save it for later.

02. Openness

Honesty and transparency are my favorite currencies. We create lasting bonds and get the most of our time together when we show up open and ready to create! I can’t do my job well if I’m not sure what you’re hoping to get from a session and it’s your honesty that will help us create art that matters.

03. Kindness

I’m not going to lie. Getting your picture taken can be stressful and intimidating to some. There needs to be trust and confidence between us and that is best curated through mutual kindness! Kind communication starts in the initial emails or DMs and lasts through the final delivery of the photos.

04. Celebration

It is my honor to be with you in the moments you’re celebrating and capturing. The images we take together will hold memories you tell your kids and grandkids about! I value humans who run towards celebration with abandon and throw themselves into the good times wholeheartedly.
